If you have an order on its way to you from previously, please assure that's it's on it's way & delayed due to these strikes which are sadly out of my control, and to reach out to the postal company for all information regarding your parcel.

All UK and international print orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days. For paintings, the dispatch time will be specified in the product description or communicated during the commission process. Paintings typically ship within 10 days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Estimated Delivery Times:

​

• UK Orders: Expected delivery within 2-5 business days post-dispatch.

• International Orders: U.S., Canada, and EU: Expected delivery within 7 working days post-dispatch but please allow 28 days, especially during the holiday season. Other international destinations allow up to 28 days post-dispatch for delivery.

Important Information for International Orders (Outside of UK):

While we are pleased to offer free shipping on many orders, please note that this does not cover potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country’s postal service.

These fees are more commonly applicable for shipments to European countries.

For our U.S. customers, most orders under $800 USD typically do not incur customs fees, thanks to current U.S. import policies.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For any questions regarding customs fees or import charges, please contact your country’s customs office or postal service for detailed information.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.

However, if an item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item to rosierowellart@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please ensure you keep all damaged packaging, as the courier may need to inspect it as part of their assessment process to validate the claim.

Please note: Refunds for shipped items will only cover the cost of the print or painting. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
